    April 21 - 7:30pm. April 22 - 2:30pm, April 23 - 2:30pm

    This classical choral concert will open by the Chorale singing a selection of sacred songs and hymns by featuring "How Can I Keep From Singing", arranged by Karen P. Thomas; Gwyneth Walker's "I Thank You God;"a Hebrew song by Pablo Casals "Nigra Sum - Shechora Ani"; and "Set Me As A Seal" based on Song of Solomon, composed by Richard Nance, Associate Director of Choral Activities at Pacific Lutheran University. Other selections include an old Norwegian vocal tradition of the hymn "Fairest Lord Jesus" and a lively piece by Brazilian composer Ernani Aguiar based on Psalm 150. This first half of the program will end with Moses Hogan's arrangement of the African-American Spiritual "Over My Head."
    The second half of the concert features the Mixed Chorus performing "Carmina Burana" with two pianos and percussion accompaniment. Local soloists are Nadine Bozeman, Stacy Brown and Zachary Lenox.
    Daniel M. Colgan, Artistic Director, will direct the Mixed Chorus. Vicki Jardine-Tobin, Associate Director, directs the Chorale. April Kuhr, Collaborative Pianist, accompanies the Chorale.
