FOOTBALL IS EVEN CLOSER TO BEING AN OLYMPIC SPORT

NEW DELHI — The International Olympic Committee (IOC) is set to vote on the inclusion of flag football as a potential Olympic sport at a meeting scheduled later this month in India.

In addition to flag football, the committee will also consider the reintroduction of baseball and softball. The move comes after an official proposal was submitted to the IOC regarding the inclusion of these American sports.
