When faced with jury duty and lacking a babysitter, Torrey Scow devised a unique solution—bringing her triplets and 5-year-old along. To avoid a hefty thousand-dollar fine, she opted to have her children accompany her to the courthouse.

Rather than promptly dismissing the family, officials allowed them to remain. Torrey attempted to engage her children with snacks and toys, yet their energetic antics persisted. Following a duration of two and a half hours, Torrey's jury duty was not required, granting them the opportunity to depart the courthouse.
