Olympia Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie#21 invites the general public to its Fall Spectacular Open House! Come check out the Eagle’s club and find out what we are all about. There will be live music all day long, both up in the classic ballroom and downstairs in the club social room. Enjoy food, dancing and an opportunity to explore the historic Eagles building in downtown Olympia. Meet long-time Eagle members and learn about the many benefits of Eagle membership and how this charitable organization brings people together while helping the community at large.
More About Olympia Eagles:
The Olympia Eagles Aerie #21 formed in 1899, the 21st Eagle club to form in the United States. The first Eagles club in the United States was created in Seattle: Aerie #1. Olympia Eagles move into its current home in 1927. Today’s Olympia Eagle’s club is all inclusive, non-partisian and welcomes everyone (over age 21) to become a member. Its motto is “People Helping People.” Every year Olympia Eagles donate thousands of dollars and goods to charitable organizations. They hold social events in-house and outside for the public - like the annual Easter Egg hunt (which has been happening since 1963). It is a warm and welcoming place for people to meet new friends, find community, and socialize while at the simultaneously contributing to our community at large.
Day of Event Specific times:
3pm Live music with rock band Sturgeon Moon downstairs in the social room.
7pm Live music and dancing up in the ballroom with the phenomenal 15 piece big band: The Dukes of Swing!
All-Ages welcome until 9pm.
