Local medical groups and businesses are gearing up for TOFC’s 3rd Annual Softball Tournament on August 8 at Yauger Park. This family-friendly fundraiser celebrates 15 years of volunteer-powered care while raising critical funds to provide no-cost medical, mental health, and specialty care to uninsured and underinsured adults throughout the South Sound.

The annual tournament has become a favorite summer tradition, bringing together teams from across the community for a day of friendly competition in support of accessible healthcare. “TOFC’s softball tournament is quickly becoming our area’s best charitable event and this year’s Banana Bash theme promises even more fun for the teams participating. Playing in this event every year is a highlight for our clinic staff – from the rookies to the veterans- and it’s a great way to bring our group closer together,” says Kelly Golob, DC, of Tumwater Chiropractic Center.

This year’s Banana Bash theme adds a playful twist to the event. In addition to crowning this year’s champions at the end of the day, attendees can look forward to exciting raffle prizes from local businesses, banana split sundaes, and live music by Austin Goodwin. The event is made possible through the generous support of MultiCare Capital Medical Center, State Farm Kevin Hayward Agency, Kaiser Permanente Olympia Medical Center, and event partner Tumwater Chiropractic Center.
